Life-saving boss on the one error that led to insurance career

A mistake in her early career was the driver towards her first steps into the insurance industry. She was a travel agent when a common error that may happen to anyone, led her to start in Swinton Insurance Group, her first experience in insurance. After the latter, she joined AA Insurance where she completed her sales training and succeeding by winning sales awards.
Her love and passion towards her local community and her belief in a hands-on and dedicated service was what brought her to found CCiB. There was one major player in the agricultural insurance therefore, there was indeed an opportunity to penetrating the market.
Over the years CCIB has gained acknowledgement across the UK. After CCiB joined GRP (Global Risk Partners), the company has seen its size and volume increase. Being part of GRP, has allowed CCIB to gain outreach to a wide network within the industry. Now, Debbie Airey has been appointed Head of National Practices for agricultural in the GRP group. This is definitely a milestone in her career which provides her with the opportunity to share with others her enthusiasm and knowledge about the sector.
